If you are looking for a wellness podcast that keeps it real, you have found your home. Hosted by our founders, Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw, the KICPod is your weekly dose of D&Ms (deep and meaningfuls), expert advice, and unfiltered chats about the messy, beautiful reality of life.

How KICPod started

The KICPod was born out of a desire to connect with our community on a deeper level. We realised that while our workouts and recipes were helping people feel good physically, there was a whole other side to wellness that needed attention: the mental and emotional side.

We wanted to create a platform where we could have open, honest conversations without the highlight reel of social media. We wanted to strip back the filters and talk about the things we all go through but often feel too afraid to say out loud.

Since launching, the KICPod has grown into a thriving community. It has become a space where we learn together, laugh together, and sometimes even cry together. It’s not just a fitness and lifestyle podcast; it’s a friendship circle that you can tap into whenever you need a boost.
