The best wellness app

Coming from someone who worked for a competitor app who shall remain nameless, I did not hesitate to use KIC and pay for a yearly membership. The beginner programs are truly beginner friendly and you can feel and see the results. I haven’t experienced bugs, and I feel that everything essential is in there. No fuss. Absolutely love this app and program and love to follow the founders’ bubbly and approachable personalities.

Game changer and beginner inclusive! ⭐️

KICApp has a variety of workouts and majority you need no equipment for and can do at home! It really helped me to use my time effectively as I found I didn’t know what I was doing and was intimidated at the gym! The app sets up a program for you based on what you’re interested in (eg Pilates, strength, yoga, running, gym, etc) and it has someone demonstrating how to do it. They range from short 5-min workouts you can squeeze into a busy day to 30-mins. App also includes great recipes, meditation, cool downs and warmups.

Nailed it – versatile and approachable

This app has changed my life, and I have never said that about an app or use superlatives lightly. I have been a member since the beginning of subscriptions and I’ll never drop it. From meditation to movement, they have just the right approach. Stacking short workouts or completing longer-term programs – they really have it all. I even loved the pre-post natal programs while I was expecting/right after. Steph and Laura really know their audience – along with the entire KIC team. 😊

I’ve used KIC since 2019 and the app just keeps getting better and better. I’m loving the new today page which helps suggest workouts and meditations when I have no idea what to do. The KICRun programs have also been so great when I want to build up my running distance – overall, I just love everything KIC has. It really has everything you need in one spot!

Worth the money

I am so happy I bought this app. I bought it on sale at the beginning of the year thinking I might at least get a few workouts out of it. I have since completed a 0–3km KICRun program, started halfway through the 0–5km and utilised many of the strength, HIIT, Pilates, and yoga classes on the app. The variety is incredible!!
