Meet our founders
Passion and purpose.
KIC was created by best friends Laura Henshaw and Steph Claire Smith, who wanted a kinder, more realistic, way to approach wellness. What began as a humble e-book, through to an app based in movement, KIC has grown into something much deeper. KIC celebrates movement for a feeling, not an aesthetic.
