Combining the two things we know you love, almond croissant and overnight oats to bring you the most delicious meal prep-friendly breakfast recipe.
Method:
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, yoghurt, almond milk, maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, protein powder, vanilla extract and almond extract (if using). Stir until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly between four jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with flaked almonds and granola.
