Almond croissant overnight oats

Combining the two things we know you love, almond croissant and overnight oats to bring you the most delicious meal prep-friendly breakfast recipe.

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, yoghurt, almond milk, maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, protein powder, vanilla extract and almond extract (if using). Stir until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between four jars or containers. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, top with flaked almonds and granola.

Ingredients: 

  • 160g rolled oats
  • 250g Greek yoghurt
  • 240ml almond milk
  • 30ml maple syrup
  • 30g almond butter
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 20g protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 30g flaked almonds
  • 40g granola
