A new air fryer favourite. Our quick, crispy, and protein-packed tuna parcel wraps make lunch a breeze. They're packed with 45g of protein and perfect for a budget lunch.
Method:
1. Drain the tinned tuna well, then finely chop the onion, dill and baby spinach. Transfer to a mixing bowl with the cottage cheese, mozzarella, mustard, drained corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Lay a wrap flat and spoon half the tuna mixture into the centre. Fold the wrap inwards to form a square parcel. Repeat with the second wrap.
3. Lightly spray with olive oil spray. Cook in the air fryer at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, or in a sandwich press for 5-7 minutes, until golden and crispy, turning halfway. Slice in half and serve immediately.
