What is KICStudio Live?
Our KICStudio experience can now be accessed entirely within the KICApp.
KICStudio Live brings you a new era of Pilates, strength, and calm. Grounded in somatic movement, these classes invite you to shift your focus from how a movement looks on the outside to how it feels on the inside. You’ll flow through rhythm, repetition, and release, creating a deep conversation between your mind and body.
We want to help you feel restored, grounded, and deeply connected with your inner self. Whether you want to build physical strength or simply need a safe space to let go of stored tension, these classes meet you exactly where you are.
What are the classes?
Our bodies need different things on different days. Sometimes we need to sweat and build power, while other times we simply need to breathe and let go. We're sharing three of our distinct class styles to support you through every mood and energy level.
Power
Our Power classes are designed to build heat, strength, and resilience. Drawing on dynamic Pilates and strength principles, these sessions encourage you to challenge yourself safely while staying deeply connected to your body's internal cues. You will move through repetitive, rhythmic sequences that empower you, build muscle tone, and leave you feeling energised and confident. You can find 30-minute express versions of this class, or 50-minute classes in the KICApp.
Unwind
When you need to slow down and release physical or emotional tension, our Unwind classes are here for you. These sessions blend restorative movement, gentle stretching, and mindful mobility. By focusing on releasing tight areas and encouraging a gentle flow, Unwind helps you find length and alignment without demanding perfect form. It is the perfect way to melt away stress and restore your body’s natural balance. You can find 30-minute express versions of this class, or 50-minute classes in the KICApp.
Breathwork
These guided classes teach you how to use your breath to anchor your mind, regulate your nervous system, and drop deeply into your body. Whether you use it as a standalone practice to find calm or as a way to transition peacefully from a busy day to a restful evening, our breathwork sessions offer profound emotional and energetic release.
How often can we expect new content dropping?
Consistency helps us build habits that last. To keep your routine fresh and deeply engaging, each of our KICStudio experiences will drop in-app every week.
You can expect 2 new classes every single Monday. This regular schedule gives you fresh ways to move, breathe, and connect at the start of your week, setting a positive tone for the days ahead.
What equipment do I need for these classes?
We want to make your KICStudio Live experience as accessible and seamless as possible. You do not need a complicated setup to join us.
Depending on the specific class you choose, you will need:
- A comfortable exercise mat
- Light to medium hand weights (for our Power sessions)
- A yoga block
- A bolster (or a rolled-up towel/cushion if you do not have one)
If you are missing a piece of equipment, do not worry. We always encourage you to use what you have at home or simply rely on your body weight. The most important thing you can bring to your mat is an open mind and a sense of curiosity.
