Shipping information

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays) and shipped via Australia Post. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, which may take 24–48 hours to update. Delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days, though times may vary due to location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Currently, we only ship within Australia. Subscription details

Once you've purchased your bundle, you'll shortly receive an email from us with information on how to redeem your annual KIC subscription. This email will explain how to redeem your subscription, and what to do if you're already a member with KIC. Your link will be unique and can only be redeemed once, so it's a special code just for you.

Have a question?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and your location. You can check your shipping cost by proceeding through the checkout process. Shipping will be calculated based on the location your order is being sent to, but will be capped at $15.
Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Can I change my order once it's been placed?

If you wish to change your order, please contact hello@kicwellness.com as soon as possible (i.e. within a 12-hour period). As orders begin processing quickly, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order, however, we will do our best.
When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase (not including public holidays). Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
