Our 50-minute slow flow class, grounded in somatic movement. Guide your nervous system to rest through a gentle blend of yoga, Pilates, stretching, breathwork, and meditation.
This is your time to slow down, soften, and be present. You’ll leave feeling calm, grounded and deeply at ease.

Deepen awareness, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to the present with our 50-minute guided breathwork class.
Using intentional breath patterns, gentle cues, and moments of stillness, this class supports emotional release, mental clarity, and a sense of inner calm. Offering a space to pause and reset — leaving you feeling grounded, centred, and more connected to yourself.
Rest and restore
Unlock deep rest, emotional release and nervous system regulation in this longer-form, guided sound healing experience.
Using therapeutic sound frequencies, gentle guidance and intentional stillness, this immersive session invites the body and mind to soften, release and reset. This is a space to slow right down, process the emotions held beneath the surface and emerge feeling calm, clear and deeply restored.

I’ve always loved the deep connection I find in yoga, but we wanted to bring that same feeling into a higher-intensity experience. By grounding our practice in somatic movement, with a unique blend of Pilates, resistance and breathwork - we’ve been able to unlock this transformative feeling.
