Our philosophy on nutrition

For us, nutrition isn't about perfection; it’s about nourishment. A nourishing diet is one that makes you feel good, physically and mentally. We’ve moved away from before-and-after photos and calorie-counting because we know that true wellness isn’t measured on a scale. It’s measured in your energy levels, your confidence, and your overall happiness.

We believe in a non-diet approach. This means listening to your body’s hunger and fullness cues, enjoying all foods in moderation, and letting go of the idea that some foods are "good" and others are "bad." It's about finding balance and freedom.

We know that life gets busy, and having healthy meals ready to go can make all the difference. Meal prep is a form of self-care, a way to set your future self up for success. But it doesn’t have to be a whole Sunday spent cooking.

Fuelling for your workout

What you eat before and after you move can have a big impact on your energy and recovery. But again, we like to keep it simple.

Pre-Workout:
Before a workout, the goal is to provide your body with easily digestible energy. A small snack containing carbohydrates about 30-60 minutes before you start can help you feel strong and energised. Think a piece of fruit, a few dates, or a slice of toast.

Post-Workout:
After you move, your body needs to replenish its energy stores and repair muscle tissue. A meal or snack that contains both carbohydrates and protein is ideal. A smoothie with fruit and protein powder, Greek yoghurt with berries, or a chicken and salad wrap are all fantastic options.

The most important thing is to listen to your body. Some people feel great working out fasted, while others need a snack first. Find what works for you.
