What is breathwork?

At its core, breathwork is about conscious breathing. It’s a way to connect with yourself and tap into a powerful tool you already possess. By focusing on your breath, you can influence your nervous system and shift your state of being, moving from stress to calm or from fatigue to energy.

It's a practice that invites us to tune in and listen to our bodies. As Tina says, what happens between our first inhale and final exhale is called life—an evolving path towards inner peace and self-acceptance.
